like yeah we have jahaal and zavala, but they only say “mara ain’t shit” once and both times are told to shut up by petra who gets the last word (much like mara did with ghost.) and it’s like, ok, that’s annoying but understandable, bungie needs us to focus on savathun and the darkness so they can’t out mara just yet, especially when she’s not here, that storyline is for later and i respect that.
but how has NO ONE noticed the correlation? (seemingly, bc maybe zavala has noticed but we wouldn’t know bc bungie petra told him to shut up.)
specifically the correlation that every time countless of awoken are killed, mara is directly involved?
mara spreads a rumor about alis li that starts the awoken civil war (i’m not even gonna get started on this one.) mara gifts skolas to the nine which results in him coming back, slaughtering half the awoken in the reef and starting a war. mara attacks oryx for some unspoken reason and countless awoken die just for her to reveal she’s fine and had a throne world all along. mara tells us to kill riven despite knowing ahamkara are tricksters and the awoken are cursed to fight and die over and over again with no end in sight.
and NO ONE seems to notice this? absolutely no one? no one sees this and goes “hey mara is literally getting thousands of people killed while she cashes in on space magic maybe we should talk about this”? like, not even a concrete mention of this that isn’t immediately dismissed by the narrative?

Not sure why this slur ridden shitpost is in my line of sight, but whoever posted it directly to the top of every dash on this godawful site deserves a horrible case of diarrhea.
Some of us are actual victims of hate crimes, and the q slur brings those memories of being physically and mentally assaulted back to the surface. I expect this lack of awareness from children on this hellsite but not from the admins.
Just goes to show you that those who screech the loudest are heard over the real victims.
Can we stop calling the lgbt community the “queer community” or calling gay and lesbian studies “queer studies” because a large chunk of the lgbt community doesn’t reclaim this slur. It’s like if you called women’s studies “bitch studies” or called any poc community or studies “[insert slur here] community/studies”
