Summer Simplicity. Garden Heirloom Tomato (Cherokee Purple), Basil, Mozz, olive oil, salt, pepper on fresh crusty Italian bread. Add bacon if you’re feeling CRAZY. I could eat this every day of my life. My favorite simple sandwich.

Vegetarian Mortadella, vegan cheese with herbs, lettuce and cucumber with mustard on some kind of ciabatta bread. Would’ve loved some tomato with it but this was a food sharing sandwich

Best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever been served. Chef’s house made pickles and pickle sauce are what push it over the top. Chicken is brined in the pickle brine and fried almost impossibly crispy and perfect. Chef owned Irish dive bar—Harp on Church, Willimantic CT.
