First attempt at an #asrathemagician paint job…

So I made him too dark, color matching the body was … Difficult and I’m not happy with the face up in general because I’m a crazy person .

I’ve been having a few -holyshitwhyIamsoanxious- days so I pretty much forced myself to finish him. Because all else fails, I can sell him and start over like the absolute nutjob I am. Julian’s still a work in progress. Because I started over twice.

This is Zylith from Freaking Romance by the amazing @snailords.

Yes, it’s another fanart doll! Why? Because I had a headless Made to Move Barbie body and been failing at my original projects.

I’ve been steady working on new skull masks and trying to finish my Skull Mask Girl doll sculpt. But I needed a break. If I work on something too long, it just keeps looking worse until I had to start over.

So Zylith was my most recent reset button. Her design already existed and was already perfect so all I needed to do was translate that into 3D. It was actually super refreshing.

If you have your own character that you’re dying to be able to have loom over your computer judging over your every move (or just on a pretty display shelf), I am open for commissions! If you are looking for a perfect Christmas gift, contact me soon because time goes fast in the apocalypse.
