UPDATE!
To make sure everyone is on the same page about the activities, we’ll write down the general guidelines for each, as well as the NPC’s actions and whom they might have talked with or about during the event.
This post will be edited a few times until Wednesday as the staff prepares the activities for you guys. Notices will be up every time something new comes out, and we’ll reblog the original post to make sure it’s on everyone’s dashes!
Remember:the event starts on Wednesday, July 20, so wait until then to start posting about the first week of camp!

All the information you’ll need to validate your application to MGA SEASON 4 can be found below the cut (yes, there’s more to it than just filling out a form)!
Audition processes (held on June 16 and 17) follow this structure:
- On arrival at 6AM, participants hand in their forms at the lobby, receive a handwritten name tag - that they must keep in sight at all times - and are directed to a large room on the first floor which has been adapted so professionals can measure heights and weights of every applicant.
- After having their measurements taken, they’ll be moved to practice rooms on the second floor. There’s one for each stage skill listed on their forms, and groups will be formed according to the “strongest skill” stated. Each person will have one minute to showcase their abilities in front of a small panel of judges, which will call out individual names in order of arrival.
- As they finish their performances, participants are sent to individual rooms, where they’ll be prepped with a bit of make-up and mock questions before shooting a recorded interview about their musical influences, their reasons to become an idol, and the companies they’d like to get into. There’s no set limit for these interviews, but they are to be kept as short as possible.
- Once that is done with, the interviewer will ask hopefuls to show off a bit of their extra skills also filled in on their profiles, such as other languages spoken, or exactly how many fingers can you fit in your mouth at once? If necessary, they can ask to bring in instruments to the room, or be moved to another setting with a piano and a wall mirror.
- This is followed by a 20-minute break for food, naps or bathroom trips. After that, contestants will return to the practice rooms they were in previously, but this time they’ll have to provide an improvisation of a skill other than their strongest one. There is a one-minute limit for this, but coming short will not result in disqualification.
- After that, they’re free to return their name tags at the lobby and leave. Results will be given live when the first episode airs.
We are bringing back the “viewer approval” factor to weigh in when deciding who to cut off each week. This will be calculated based on the effort put into each round - meaning that, if you write just enough words to pass that round without worrying too much about the content, your muse might turn out to not be liked all that much by the audience. If we see that you’ve tried your hardest that week (and we’re not talking about grammar or paragraph length here), we’ll deem your muse much more likeable in front of the cameras, which makes their chances of passing the round higher than it would’ve been for their points alone.
This is a way to reward those who work hard with their muses to come up with the best performances for each episode, and to balance things out when it comes to points, otherwise newer muses would never have a real shot at a contract by the end of the season. Of course, viewer approval alone won’t get anyone signed. There are other things to consider aside from approval and points - though we can’t disclose all of them at this time.
Contestants must write a 200+ words solo of any part of their day at the CJ E&M building. That’s all you gotta do to make your entry official — tag it with #rkmga4audition1 and post it by June 20 at midnight EST, and you’re set! Of course, you must also have posted your #mga4profileby this deadline - feel free to write your solo first, and then work on the form if you haven’t already!
However, if you’d like, you can write up to five solos about the audition process - one for their arrival, one for strongest skill performance, one for the first interview, one for the extra skill demonstration, and lastly, one for the second skill performance. They all must be 200+words, and must be posted by midnight EST on Wednesday, June 20 in order to be validated. Remember to tag your posts accordingly: #rkmga4audition1for the first solo,#rkmga4audition2for the second solo, #rkmga4audition3 for the third, and so on, up to the fifth solo. Good luck!
Mother in the Dream - Uudam
The first daylight appears in the hazy morning
At a devotional moment I recall my mother hoping her son will return
Staring into the distance till her desire fatigue
My mother who lives in the distance
Is my dearest conviction
in the boundless sky thin clouds are ethereal
Go back- Dynamic Duo
I’m Peter Pan with a moustache and my Tinkerbell
I live my adventurous life, hidden in the musical forests in Neverland
But I’ve stopped thinking this way
After drinking a poisonous medication called time
My perception of the world has altered
My appearance has also changed, I’m fat with ambition
Ocean of Light - Nell
I’m in the ocean of light
my dream breathes
in the ocean’s bright light
I’m newly born
I’m in the ocean of light
My dream dances
in the ocean’s huge light
Meine Soldaten (My soldiers) - Maxim
But only one betrayer is needed, only one leak,
Only one tiny stone causing a giant wave,
One spark in the tinder and everything is burning again,
The whole facade collapses like a house of cardsEverytime, when my heart is calling for you
And the chaos breaks out in myself
I am sending my soldiers
To subjugate the resistance.
5 on a Joyride - Code Chesnutt
Sitting here thinking about yesterday
How we shared a laugh and played
How we celebrated oh my good news
Just me and you
Mmmm uuuu
