[ This is a post to complement what’s already been said hereandhere!]

The news of Royal Entertainment has caused a buzz on every social media platform throughout the day. Pictures have already started circulating of how some areas look both inside and outside including the producing rooms and the rooftop terrace. What most fans are looking forward to, though, is the organic café, and all the attention its been getting is for a reason.

Once the doors officially open on the 5th of June, the organic café will be open for the public and also hold a special event during its first few days. From the 5th to the 9th of June, special merch will be offered alongside any drink or food you order at the café. The merch includes glass water bottles, porcelain mugs, and cup holders with your favorite Royal artists’ logo on them. These are all considered limited edition and will only be available during the announced dates or until the end of stock.

Rumor has it idols may stop by at any given time… will you be lucky enough to spot them?

  • To earn +2 POINTS TO DISTRIBUTE AS YOU WISH, write a four post thread or a 250+ words solo about your muse visiting Royal’s new building during the set dates. Buying something at the café isn’t necessary but would be appreciated. If you wouldn’t like to keep one of the merch items you can always sell it later for hardcore fans.

Please tag all your posts related to the event with #rkroyalmove and have them up by midnight EST at the end of Sunday, June 9th. Threads may be continued after the deadline, but after June 9th points can no longer be collected. Trainees may go at times that don’t interfere with their schedules. Idols can only visit while accompanied by their manager and in the case visits won’t interfere with their schedule. Have fun!

IT’S SUMMER CAMP TIME!

The major five entertainment companies in the country have come together to organize a camp in Seoul for everyonein the directory – free of charge! Your entry tickets have already been paid by sponsors of all kinds, from food chains to technology companies and major brands of beauty products. You’ll be using their products and wearing their shirts during camp, which shouldn’t be too much of a hassle – it’s a sweet deal, isn’t it? And since it was your CEOs that came up with the idea, trainees are allowed to skip out on schedules to join!

On the weekends of July 22-24andJuly 29-31, all muses are invited to check into the hotel booked especially for this occasion. Check-ins will be accepted until 6PM on Friday, and check-outs are to be processed by 1PM on Sundays. Your rooms will be assigned to you once you apply to the camp, and you will be staying in the same room for both weekends. Muses are not required to participate in both weekends!

Many activities have been prepared for the camp! All five companies have brought in their coaches for special workshops, and some fun games were staged to help everyone cope with the heat. Morning Activities are from 9AM to 12PM; Afternoon Activities are from 2PM to 6PM; and Night Time Activities start at 9PM and last until midnight. Breakfast is served from 7AM to 10AM, lunch is from 11AM to 2PM, and dinner will be offered from 6PM to 8PM.

From July 20 to August 16th, we’ll be hosting the event in OOC time. There are a total of 15 POINTS to be acquired from the event! To claim these points, your muse must participate in at least two activities per weekend. Even from an IC point of view, in order to validate their participation on this camp, they need only register for a minimum of 2 activities per weekend. They mustcheck in on Friday and check out on Sunday, but they’re free to explore the hotel or their surroundings when not in an activity. Being active means writing either a 200+ words solo or a four-post threadaboutan activity in the schedule during the week it happens (JULY 20-26 FOR WEEK 1, JULY 27-AUGUST 2 FOR WEEK 2) [EDIT: you can now write for BOTH weeks up until the end of August 16th], which means that you’ll need two solos, two threads or one solo and one thread per week in order to acquire all points. Each week, you can win UP TO +6 POINTS IN ANY CATEGORY (+3 per activity), and being active on both weeks will grant you an additional +3 points! All 3 points earned from one activity must be allocated to the same skill area, but you’re free to distribute points from different activities into different skills. Additionally, muses can receive BEGINNER ACHIEVEMENTS depending on the workshops they take! Activities marked with * are the ones that grant the corresponding achievements. However, in order to get the achievements, youmust write about your muse attending the workshop, even if you’ve already fulfilled the activity requirements for the week.

(If you’re overwhelmed by the points opportunities, don’t worry; there will be a points verification form to help you out with this later on in the event, and you’ll claim your points when it’s all over!)

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: the first step is to fill out the form below noting exactly the activities your muse will be a part of so we can better prepare for room arrangements, team schedules and more! You have until the end of Monday, July 18th, midnight EST, to submit the form to this blog! The event starts officially on the 20th, and, after submitting your form, you’ll be given all the information you need.

 This month, trainers decide to evaluate their trainees based on one of the most controversial topic

This month, trainers decide to evaluate their trainees based on one of the most controversial topics in the industry: cute and sexy concepts.

Trainees are asked to choose ONE song from either the cute or the sexy list (found under the cut at the bottom of this post) and prepare a stage to be performed in front of their coaches. Both solos and group collabs are allowed, as well as dances with NPC trainees. Members are free to choose songs originally by artists of the opposite gender. They’re allowed to sing and/or rap if they want, but the focus is on the dance.

You have until midnight at the end of June 30 EST to post your 250+ words solo about the evaluation. The tag is rkjune16eval. Like with our previous evaluation, members are free to perform as many times as they’d like, though they’re only allowed to collect points one time.

For completing this task, trainees will be rewarded +3 DANCE POINTS,+2 DEBUT POINTSand+1WK DANCING ACHIEVEMENT.

If there is a food product many people are known to love and cherish, it’s chocolate. Romantic songwriters add it to lyrics because people enjoy it and, let’s face it, writing about how one’s heart “melts like chocolate” is a classic. And chocolatiers, those who love chocolate so much they’ve dedicated their lives to mastering the art of making it, have a great desire to show off their creations.

This year, the COEX Convention Center will welcome the first-ever Seoul Chocolate Convention (popularly advertised as ChocoCon) to the public! During the weekend of the March 24th-25th, a number of talented chocolatiers will showcase their amazing skills for people to observe and taste their creations, as well as teach those interested more about the craft. Stands will be around for visitors who enjoy walking around and treating themselves to goodies, as well as a stage that’s set up for the chocolatiers to share some easy recipes or secret techniques with the public. Additionally, the stage will also hold special performances, such as the Market O Contest’s winner live performance on both days and the KTROOKIES special flash mob only on the 24th.

The convention will last from 10am to 10pm on both days with no entrance fee. Apart from the many free samples available at the stands, any other chocolate products will have to be purchased. The delicious treats that are offered at the convention include chocolate bars, cakes, sculptures, drinks (including non-alcoholic cocktails), ice cream and even very realistic brown-colored shoes which are, of course, solely made of chocolate. Rumor has it the convention center will be kept very cold to avoid the chocolate melting, so make sure to bring a comfortable coat!

In order to collect +3 POINTS TO DISTRIBUTE AS YOU WISH, write onefour-post thread or a 250+ words solo about your character spending their time at the ChocoCon. Please tag all your posts with #rkchococon and have them up by midnight EST at the end of Wednesday, March 28th. There is no verification form for this event, so please add the points to your tally sheet after meeting the requirement. Threads may be continued after the deadline, but after March 28th points can no longer be collected.

All the information you’ll need to validate your application to MGA SEASON 4 can be found below the cut (yes, there’s more to it than just filling out a form)!

Audition processes (held on June 16 and 17) follow this structure:

  • On arrival at 6AM, participants hand in their forms at the lobby, receive a handwritten name tag - that they must keep in sight at all times - and are directed to a large room on the first floor which has been adapted so professionals can measure heights and weights of every applicant.
  • After having their measurements taken, they’ll be moved to practice rooms on the second floor. There’s one for each stage skill listed on their forms, and groups will be formed according to the “strongest skill” stated. Each person will have one minute to showcase their abilities in front of a small panel of judges, which will call out individual names in order of arrival.
  • As they finish their performances, participants are sent to individual rooms, where they’ll be prepped with a bit of make-up and mock questions before shooting a recorded interview about their musical influences, their reasons to become an idol, and the companies they’d like to get into. There’s no set limit for these interviews, but they are to be kept as short as possible.
  • Once that is done with, the interviewer will ask hopefuls to show off a bit of their extra skills also filled in on their profiles, such as other languages spoken, or exactly how many fingers can you fit in your mouth at once? If necessary, they can ask to bring in instruments to the room, or be moved to another setting with a piano and a wall mirror.
  • This is followed by a 20-minute break for food, naps or bathroom trips. After that, contestants will return to the practice rooms they were in previously, but this time they’ll have to provide an improvisation of a skill other than their strongest one. There is a one-minute limit for this, but coming short will not result in disqualification.
  • After that, they’re free to return their name tags at the lobby and leave. Results will be given live when the first episode airs.

We are bringing back the “viewer approval” factor to weigh in when deciding who to cut off each week. This will be calculated based on the effort put into each round - meaning that, if you write just enough words to pass that round without worrying too much about the content, your muse might turn out to not be liked all that much by the audience. If we see that you’ve tried your hardest that week (and we’re not talking about grammar or paragraph length here), we’ll deem your muse much more likeable in front of the cameras, which makes their chances of passing the round higher than it would’ve been for their points alone.

This is a way to reward those who work hard with their muses to come up with the best performances for each episode, and to balance things out when it comes to points, otherwise newer muses would never have a real shot at a contract by the end of the season. Of course, viewer approval alone won’t get anyone signed. There are other things to consider aside from approval and points - though we can’t disclose all of them at this time.

Contestants must write a 200+ words solo of any part of their day at the CJ E&M building. That’s all you gotta do to make your entry official — tag it with #rkmga4audition1 and post it by June 20 at midnight EST, and you’re set! Of course, you must also have posted your #mga4profileby this deadline - feel free to write your solo first, and then work on the form if you haven’t already!

However, if you’d like, you can write up to five solos about the audition process - one for their arrival, one for strongest skill performance, one for the first interview, one for the extra skill demonstration, and lastly, one for the second skill performance. They all must be 200+words, and must be posted by midnight EST on Wednesday, June 20 in order to be validated. Remember to tag your posts accordingly: #rkmga4audition1for the first solo,#rkmga4audition2for the second solo, #rkmga4audition3 for the third, and so on, up to the fifth solo. Good luck!

[This is a post to complement what’s already been said here andhere!]

As stated in the previous post, special dance classes with some of the idols you look up to are open for registration! Muses are allowed to attend as many classes as they’d like, but please be mindful of your own muse’s spare money since these are all paid classes. None of the classes are ranked as beginner tier either, so keep that in mind when writing about your character’s experience.

Nova trainees may attend these classes freely, but other trainees should only attend classes that don’t conflict with their regular schedules or else it will be seen as skipping. All rookie muses are welcome to join! There won’t be a form to be filled out OOC so you may start posting about the event without worrying about that. The classes information can be found under the cut.

To win +3 DANCING POINTS, write a four-post thread or a 250+ words solo about your muse’s experience in at least one of the special dance classes. Please keep in mind that the idols may only be interacted with to ask for an autograph or picture. Tag all related your posts with #rkidolclass and have them up by midnight at the end of May 23. Threads may be continued after the deadline but points may only be collected if the requirements are met before it.

Mother in the Dream -  Uudam
The first daylight appears in the hazy morning
At a devotional moment I recall my mother hoping her son will return
Staring into the distance till her desire fatigue
My mother who lives in the distance
Is my dearest conviction
in the boundless sky thin clouds are ethereal

I’m Peter Pan with a moustache and my Tinkerbell

But I’ve stopped thinking this way
After drinking a poisonous medication called time
My perception of the world has altered
My appearance has also changed, I’m fat with ambition

Meine Soldaten (My soldiers) - Maxim

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
But only one betrayer is needed, only one leak,
Only one tiny stone causing a giant wave,
One spark in the tinder and everything is burning again,
The whole facade collapses like a house of cards
Everytime, when my heart is calling for you
And the chaos breaks out in myself
I am sending my soldiers
To subjugate the resistance.
