Talk about a makeover! This lovely client came in with only a couple of old earlobe piercings (see last slide) but wanted a transformation. I think we nailed it. We used one of her old lobe piercings to make a more intentional clustered look, and added a mid helix and high helix piercing. Genuine diamonds in various cuts and a glowing ruby sapphire make this one enviable glow up
