#sacred star of milos

Not long while ago, I finally watched Fullmetal Alchemist:The sacred Star of Milos. LEGALLY. As a person who’s in animation industry, I wanted to watch it leagally as possible since the movie isn’t available for streaming in my region. Luckily, the dvd/bluray from Funimation is still out there so decided to give it a go.

It’s really really beautifully drawn. Athough the art style is more of Ghibli’s, it still has plenty amount of satisfying actions you’d expect, and many detailed visuals coming from observations here and there. I can see how hard the staff worked on to pull this all. It may not be a canon many fans agree with, but I quite liked the overall story. It could have been more developed though as some characters have questionable roles for delivering the story.
