Thank you to @rickyriddle for translating this and sending it to me! This is an excerpt from a doujinshi called Choko Choko (fully scanned on Three Lights) that shows the background of the photo of Lead Crow and Aluminum Seiren together. I absolutely love these two (both as individual characters and as a pairing) so I’m really glad I was able to typeset this comic!

Sailor Lead Crow used the pseudonym “Akane Karasuma” in the anime series. “Akane” (茜) means “madder,” a shade of red, and “karasu” (鴉) means “crow,” making her name mean “red crow,” a pun on “Lead Crow.”
One of the reasons why I love Sailor Moon cards from AMADA so much, is because they sometimes print rare settei profiles on the back of their cards. This set of four, are from the Amada PP 15 set. In the future, I will try and scan more of the cool settei images from the back of cards. You can see the full size images here at the mothership.

The planets Chuu and Mau are in the same solar system. (This makes sense to me since mice and cats are both small mammals typically kept as pets)
The planets Mermaid and Coronis are also in the same system as each other, but not the same as Chuu and Mau are. (This makes sense to me because Aluminum Siren and Lead Crow had similar fuku designs)
