Zoe had been talking about school uniforms one day, and it got me thinking about what school my Sailor Moon OC would have gone to, and just decided to draw that look.
Sylvia would have gone to Rei’s school probably, just based on her attitude and her family position. Also would have made her harder to detect I think for the other scouts~
