This is split into two sections. The first part is about Sonia visitng Milich Oppenheimer. Later she catches TcDohl sneaking out of Gregminster and sees him off.
Part two takes place immediately after the final battle of Suikoden III. It has Sasarai recovering his rune and having a chat with Dios.
It bothered me how familiar this art looked, Sasarai especially. I looked up GHY and found out it’s Kigi Tatsumi, an artist I’ve read a bunch of yuri stories from. So if you want cute girls loving girls, check out her stuff in English! She draws a mighty infectious smile.
