April 28, 2010.  I was really interested in the afternoon light in my apartment.  One of the rare series that has me smoking one of my pipes–a large Boswell.  Part 2 of 2 for this series.

I didn’t think much of this series at the time but looking back there are a lot of shots I like.  Hope you enjoy.

January 22, 2010.  Another from from the bar series.  The problem with these is that I have to use the flash on the camera and the flash is pure evil.  The lace up chaps were inherited from a local leatherman.  The jeans are Nasty Pig.  And Jake is still with me at this point.

December 8, 2009.  Playing around with a blue collar leather look.  Not many shoots where I am smoking a pipe, which is odd since I smoke pipes daily and cigars only a couple of times a week.

October 18, 2009.  Turns out that a VK79 SS tunic works as a ¾ length motorcycle cop jacket, too.  Just takes changing the context a little.  My friend Scott Answer, former Zeus model, took these pics for me.  For the record, I am 38 here.

April 10, 2009.  Playing with the camera again.  Semi-successfully.

April 10, 2009.  I decided to play with one of the modes of my camera at the time, which allowed you to select one color.  This is probably the best shot of the series.

March 2, 2009.  This what you get when you have a hubby cubs who lives in Boston and you visit for “spring break.”

February 14, 2009.  Still celebrating VD with the hubs.  These could have come out much better but the colors just were never right–combo of poor camera and poor photoshop.  Ah well.

August 29, 2009.  My first custom uniform by Todd Schwing of Leatherwerks.  I wanted something different and Todd came through.  The pants are a distressed oil tan brown with oil tan black accents.  The shirt is lambskin tan.  The patches are Jefferson Parish sheriff, because that’s where I grew up.  The pants (which fit like a glove) came first and I took a couple of shots in them.  When the uniform was complete, Todd took the pics.  That’s his hog, not Jake.
