Day 3 of #fallfashion trends with Jess features one piece that combines two different trends from the season: PREP + STATEMENT SLEEVE!

Preppy fashion has returned this fall and I am here for it. Within this trend you’ll see patterns of plaid and argyle, pleated skirts, exposed collars, cardigans, and sweater vests. Statement sleeves have been so popular throughout the year, it only made sense that the trend carried on through the fall. If you’ve been a long time follower of mine, you’ve probably noticed that I am obsessed with statement sleeves! I think they are so playful and can make an outfit look extra chic.

The dress has a button front closure and deep V neckline. The metal handle satchel bag is also from SHEIN and I love the structure, color combination and size. Lastly, the black pointed toe pumps are from @dreampairsshoes and I’m wearing them in a size 8.5 and they fit true to size. This style of heels is timeless and compliments any look. I think we all needs a pair of pointed toe pumps in our closet!

It’s day 2 of #fallfashion trends with Jess! Can you guess what today’s trend is? If you guessed LEATHER, you are correct! Here I’m wearing an oversized beige leather blazer from @sheinofficial, which I know is going to be a fall staple for me this year. This blazer is such a versatile piece, I can invision it styled with so many existing items in my closet for both the transitional and fall/winter weather. Here I styled the blazer with solid basic pieces to allow the blazer to be the focal point of the outfit. I accesorized this look with gold jewlery, gold metal frame sunglasses, a beige ruched handbag, and lace-up boots. ✨ Want to see another way to style leather? Check out yesterdays post!

Lace-up boots are also a huge shoe trend this season. I’ve personally been a long time fan of the lace-up boot. I love their edgy look and how simple they are to style. Happy Monday, friends!! This week I want to talk about all things #fallfashion with you. I thought it’d be a fun idea to share a few of my personal favorite fall fashion trends from this season, every day throughout the week. Today, I’m kicking it off with the FLESH TONES trend; shades from caramel, chocolate-brown, to beige, and every other flesh tone in-between.

As someone who lives in neutrals, this trend is right up my alley so *spoiler alert* you will be seeing this trend again and again throughout the week, in combination with other trends, of course. Now, this trend is one that I think we can all get on board for, would you agree? ✨ It’s simple, easy to style, and I feel that most of us have a few flesh-toned pieces in our closets. We’re onto day 4 of #fallfashion trends with Jess! Today’s trend is all about texture. CROC EMBOSSED texture to be exact. You can see this trend in everything from clothing down to accessories. Here I wore this trend by incorporating this pair of white knee-high croc embossed boots and this croc embossed baguette bag. Both pieces can easily be dressed up or dressed down. I’ve dressed them down in this look with this beige star pattern oversized sweater and high-waist denim jeans.
