I have an a.u that Shinra is the fiancé of the princess of the kingdom and Arthur is his personal guard.

I was listening to songs by my favorite cute Korean boys (Ateez) and I found literally a song that could DESCRIBE SHINRARTHUR’s ENTIRE RELATIONSHIP if Desire didn’t exist.

Pelican Fanclub, we still need to talk about Desire, but for now, let’s talk about All About You from Ateez and the phrase that built a ShinrArthur village in my brain:

Just imagine Arthur spending years, years mentally jotting down the most diverse topics about Shinra, and realizing things most of his friends wouldn’t even imagine!

Or how Shinra is a person who loves to wear light colors, pastel blue, pastel pink, white and light grey, even though they have created a legend around him that he has tattoos and only wears black! Arthur doesn’t remember seeing Shinra in any black clothing other than a uniform!! About how Shinra is a quiet person, who doesn’t like parties or alcohol for any specific reason other than he prefers quiet places and alcohol makes him sick! And while Shinra is a soft boy, he enjoys listening to music from heavy metal to sad jrock of questionable quality! And a lot more details about Shinra that only make sense to Arthur, because Arthur is completely in love with him!!!

I particularly like to think of a scenario where Arthur spent years questioning what he really feels about Shinra, and how he sees him. To what extent is the way he sees Shinra fair, and how he might have hurt Shinra. I’ve said this before in comments on a post (the post about ShinrArthur playlist) And so, I like to imagine Arthur becoming more and more in love with Shinra, as he starts to see Shinra’s facets and about how awesome Shinra is!

Like, for example, something I already talked about on Tumblr, about how Arthur sees Shinra’s hero ideals! He sees Shinra, and he doesn’t see someone wanting to save people, because it brings him personal satisfaction, or it’s some kind of vocation or a way to “forgive” his own sins. He sees Shinra wanting to give others the comfort he didn’t have.

Shinra Kusakabe wasn’t comforted when he lost his family, Shinra Kusakabe wasn’t saved when he was just a 5 year old being exposed for something he didn’t do. Shinra wants to comfort people so they don’t feel the fear and despair he felt, and Arthur was completely enamored of it. And let me tell you more, Arthur also started to fall in love with the little things about Shinra, like how different Shinra’s genuine smile is from the nervous smile, how Shinra likes things neat and clean, and how he likes to take care of the ones he loves! !

And Arthur finds himself in a hurricane that he is completely surrendered by Shinra Kusakabe, but doesn’t have the courage to say it out loud! and he feels like all his thoughts are about Shinra Kusakabe and how he loves him! it’s the Everting is About You in the song. Maybe I’m writing this post while listening to this song after an exhausting day and I haven’t been able to organize my thoughts properly?

I’ve been fantasizing for days about Arthur having long hair and Shinra brushing his hair in an extremely tender, affectionate and frighteningly intimate way. Those moments of intimacy that get to be intoxicating like cachaça is SO SWEET!! And the story we read of Fire Force is a manga within the Soul Eater universe that has a background of truth behind it, so I like to imagine that the relationship between Shinra and Arthur was much closer and more affectionate than the relationship we see. But I like their enemies to lovers, so imagine them hating each other during school and settling into the barracks and becoming an extremely passionate and extremely SWEET AND ROMANTIC couple

EN EN NO SHOUBOUTAI 3rd SEASON OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED

The Fire Force Season 3 anime TV series is confirmed to be in production. The third season will begin by telling the final tale of Shinra in the Enen no Shouboutai manga’s endings (manga ended in February 2022)

On May 14, 2022, the announcement by Weekly Shonen Magazine Issue 25, 2022 of the production of the Enen no Shouboutai Season 3 anime TV series was leaked online. (The magazine also announced a Fire Force game titled Fire Force: Enbu no Shou will contain a new Mrs. Green Apple song called “En En”.)

No date was given. But we will be able to see this amazing story again and probably until the end hopefully the pace and the animation will remained the best.

-It’s cannon that Shinra likes break dancing but I think Arthur prefers ballroom dancing but is more than happy to watch and participate in Shinra’s favourite type of dancing.

-Arthur tried it once but ended up straining his wrist and making a fool of himself. It was pretty embarrassing- but Shinras laughter was totally worth it.

-Vulcan 100% was the first one to comment on their feelings in Company 8. Everyone else knew something was up but was to respectful to comment. Vulcan however has no chill.

-Obi is a bit worried as your not allowed to work in the same Company as your SO and some Companies are very religious. But despite all that Sister Iris and may other Company leaders have been very supportive, if not confused.

-Princess Hibana 100% tried to set those dumbasses up. And is totally their hype women. After she gets past the fact that Shinra doesn’t like her, she realises she respected him more than loved him. (I mean she still does love him. It’s just no longer romantic)

-Ogun is never the 3rd wheel. Mainly because it’s a fucking tricycle ride with those 3, as only one of them has the singular brain cell at any one time. Furthermore, Shinra and Arthur aren’t much different than they use to be and the only difference there is, is that they are all more physically affectionate with each other and there’s more pet names and flirting.

-Ogun also likes to tease them about their relationship and how long it took for them to actually get together. Arthur and Shinra don’t really mind it, and tease Ogun back for embarrassing things he said and did in an effort to play matchmaker.

-Obi is very supportive but ends up acting as a parental figure and gives the boys individual the ‘shovel talks’. It’s pretty funny to outsiders but the duo are pretty horrified in the moment.

-Iris 100% is also supportive but because of religious reasons doesn’t really ‘get it’ for a while but after Maki explains everything, she is ready to fight anyone who is homophobic.

-also Iris ends up coming out as bi later on, everyone supports her.

-Tamiki ends up using they/them pronouns and Shinra and them bond over being non binary, victor joins them as he is also non binary.

-victor uses all pronouns.

-Hibana likes to tease them about how they ever ended up together and she and Arthur have this friendship where they both ‘insult/make fun of each other’

-After Arthur tells Shinra about him being abandoned, Shinra decides that he is never leaving Arthur ever (not that he planned to) and doesn’t leave his side for 2 weeks. Arthur reassures him that he knows Shinra won’t abandon him but makes him promise to always come back and not die.

-Both of them have a lot of trauma and spend countless nights up late processing and supporting each other through it.

-They end up getting therapy at some point and they often go together for support and comfort

-Shinra uses he/they pronouns 

-Arthur probs had a gaypanic when he met Shinra and mistook that for hating him. 

-Totally the type of ‘friends’ to flirt with each other as a joke (but they really mean it, cause feelings) 

-They both vent to ogun about their feelings. He thinks their idoits, but loves his friends dearly. 

-Ogun is defo demisexual or pansexual. 

-Arthur is bi or demi 

-Shinra is bi

-Arthur is autistic with a special interest in Arthurian legends and myths. 

-Arthur loves Shinra real happy smile and for all his insults, he loves his nervous one as well, he just doesn’t like seeing it because it means Shinra is uncomfortable and nervous. 

-Arthur 100% uses old courting methods and weird medieval pick-up-lines. 

-Shinra’s feet hurt after fights quiet a lot and so Arthur will either carry him or sit with him until he’s able to walk. 

-  Arthur’s hair continues to grow longer and Shinra really likes it. 

-Shinra learns to braid from Iris and Maki, and starts braiding Arthur’s hair. 

-They end up switching what bed they sleep in every couple of days. 

-They always share the bed after they start dating. 

-They have nightmares quiet often and since they are both light sleepers, they will always wake when the other has one. 

-They comfort each other after these nightmares, whether its cuddling, getting up and sparring or simply talking. 

-Shinra has ADHD. 

-Both are terrible at cooking. 

-Arthur likes hearing stories about Shinra’s mother and brother. 

-Shinra and Arthur fight together on missions and are amazingly in sync. 

-Shinra and Arthur both show love through physical touch, insults as terms of endearments and fighting together. 

-Arthur calls Shinra petnames all the time, sometimes even changing the gendered term. Which Shinra likes quiet a lot. 

-They fight like a married couple

-They are very big on consent, with them constantly asking and checking in with each other as they want each other to be comfortable.
