You awaken slowly, pulled from your slumber when the rays of sunlight shine on your face. You yawn quietly, eyes still closed as you haven’t fully woken up just yet. Just then you feel a hand caress your hair, followed by a soft kiss on your forehead, prompting you to open your eyes slowly, squinting slightly as your eyes attempt to adjust to the morning light.
Once adjusted, you look up to find Jimin smiling sweetly at you, “good morning,” he greets you cheerfully. Based on his expression, you can only assume he’s been awake long before you have.
You softly groan, shutting your eyes once more, “good morning,” you would’ve been more surprised to hear your own raspy voice, but frankly you shouldn’t be considering you weren’t exactly being very quiet last night.
You hear Jimin chuckle, “it’s time to wake up dear,” he whispers, his soothing voice having the opposite effect of his intentions.
You let out a huff of air, “do we have to?” you whine softly, but this only causes the man to laugh, shaking his head in amusement as he was thoroughly enjoying being fortunate enough to witness how you are when you wake up.
He nudges your shoulder gently, “yes we do.”
You open your eyes, his smiling face beaming down at you, “what time is it anyway?”
“Six in the morning.”
You groan loudly this time, turning on your side, your back facing him in defiance. He laughs at this, “Come on wake up,” he whines cutely, instantly wrapping his arms around your body, pulling you flush against him, “You told me you’d tell me everything,” he whispers in your ear.
