-Libra in the 6th house, Venus in the 6th house, Mars in Libra or Mars at 7°, 19°: If you have any of these placements, do not feel bad about not being able to perform high-intensity workouts or simply not enjoying them. Yoga and daily walks may be the most beneficial practices for you. Pilates and tennis are two additional exercises that may interest you. Additionally, it can be helpful to exercise in cute gym attire or to feel as attractive as possible when going for walks or exercising. Even buying your gym items in pretty colors and designs will be helpful. Looking good (Venus) will strengthen the effectiveness of the workout (mars).

- Taurus in the 6th house, mars in Taurus, or mars at 2°, 14°, 26° could benefit from strength training, working out by themselves, working out in aesthetically pleasing places (like fancy gyms haha) or in beautiful natural scenery. For example, if you have your 6h ruler in the 7th house, you need to be on good terms and on the same page in your relationships in order to focus on your routine. - People with mars in the 11th house or Aquarius mars can benefit from group workouts like attending yoga classes or cycling classes, or even gymnastics.
