This is the beginning of a large series of photographs of and by Frank A. Silliman, the Secretary-Treasurer of the M & M Paper Company of Marinette, Wisconsin.  Mr. Silliman was an avid amateur photographer who also developed his own photographs.  I hope this series will give you some visual insights into the life of a upper middle class business manager.  Your comments are most welcome. One more note, the Franks’ family name changed from Sillyman (his great-grandfather) to Silliman (his grand-father) to Sillman.
