In June of last year I decided to start sketching out some little favourite things from each month in my mental health planner. Things are still incredibly tough for me health-wise, and I truly can’t remember the last time I was without pain - so trying to focus on the good and being grateful for what I do have is pretty important to balance the scales. Its still something I’m working on, do you journal or create art to help manage your mental health? If you’ve posted about it I’d love to check it out - tag me!
