i don’t watch talks machina because i only really look at paratext if i’m doing some kind of big meta/research project, so i don’t know if taliesin has said anything about this, but i really think that further into the campaign molly would’ve multiclassed into something. in no world would molly “some asshole got buried in the dirt. fuck him, i’m enjoying what i’m doing” tealeaf keep using the power that lucien worked for without at least taking a couple levels of something for himself. and like for all the confidence he exudes, babygirl was still working on developing a coherent sense of self, and it would’ve been cool to see him starting to use a new kind of magic (or fighting style) as part of that self-discovery.
