Some Polaroids I snapped of Chaz at the West Coast Craft Fair at Fort Mason San Francisco yesterday. It felt so good to sit down and talk with him about life and things. Been too long, and I wasn’t able to catch him after his recent show at the Chapel in San Francisco so this definitely made up for it. He was selling some exclusive merch for WCCF and he let me sit in his Jeepney with him. It was great, had a really good time and a really great weekend.
Polaroid of Jacob Allen of the band Puma Blue at The Independent San Francisco. I had a really wonderful time at this show. It felt so good to be in a room surrounded with like minded individuals just enjoying some really amazing music. It was so nice meeting Jacob, he was incredibly down to earth and was super chill about signing my vinyl. I’m already looking forward to the next show…
Very old piece I did for a group show in San Jose. Created using the Impossible Project Instant Lab, using Black and Red Duochrome films, and using a photo of my friend Margaux. I think the negative space really moves your eyes so I didn’t try to finish the picture with more Polaroid frames. I really miss this film and I hope Polaroid brings it back.

First set of Polaroid portraits I snapped of fellow PolaPals at PolaCon Bay Area 2020 a couple weeks ago. Really love how most of these turned out. The film batch I shot this on was 10/19 Polaroid Originals 600 film with my SLR680. The colors remind me of Impossible Project Batch 2.0 from a few years back. I really hope the film stays this consistent with the current Polaroid rebranding.

Jeremiah Jae and Teebs last night at Great American Music Hall in San Francisco. Such a great show, two very talented musicians with totally different sounds. It was my first time seeing Jeremiah Jae, and I think maybe my 10th (might be more) time seeing Teebs live, that’s why Teebs wrote 10, cause I think it might be the 10th portrait I got of him. It felt really good to go to a Brainfeeder show again.
It’s been too damn long.
Check out Teebs’ new album Annica, and Jeremiah Jae’s Daffi. You won’t be disappointed!
