#snake breeding
I swear to all the gods that I’m going to have a conniption if I somehow end up with fertile partho clutches this year
I don’t want or need baby Jesus snakes
…. okay, but if I do get viable eggs out of these clutches I’m going to be naming them after clones from Star Wars

I should have my first eggs of the year in the next couple days. I paired Moose to Pard and I felt 19 eggs! A huge step up in number for her, and on track with what her mother produced.
Still waiting on Gabby to have a pre-lay shed. She routinely gives me between 10 and 15 eggs.
So, uh, my oldest female is in a pre-lay shed with 12 big eggs.
I did not breed her this year.
I did not breed her last year.
She last bred in 2020 to Bansidhe.
If these eggs are fertile they are either out of 2 year old retained sperm or she’s pulling a partho on me. If there are snows it will be a partho clutch.
Even if it’s just duds, Ma'am you are 15 years old. Stop it!

My virgin palmetto has at least a dozen she’s going to drop. I didn’t breed her because she’s only 250 grams. This is extremely rude of her to be doing!
