I don’t know who needs to hear this, by my little brother (who is 44, and over 6 feet tall) sent me a video that is basically dwarf metal, and all I could tell him was “dude, I think you’ve found your people.”

This idea that you have to leave the fun stuff behind as you get older? Complete hokum. You do you. Do you as hard as you can. It only gets better with age.
