Conchita visited Mayor Ken Hasebe at the Shibuya Ward office – the first organisation in Japan approving same-sex-relations equaling them to marriage. Shibuya ward decided to issue ‘partnership’ certificates to gay couples this March since gay couples often have difficulty renting apartments and are stopped by hospitals from visiting loved ones because they do not have officially recognised family relationships.
She wore a top from Wolfordand a 50s pencil skirt from “The House of Foxy”.
