#sorry everybody

I’m sick, so no art for a few days

I’ve read some opinions about Harry Potter lately, the controversy and criticism is taking over the books and this is becoming more and more popular. The slogan “you should not support HP” like it holds some potential damage due to the personal opinions of its author, I don’t like and i’m not with it. This media-influencers culture saying what you should do or don’t, subtly (or not) coercing people with the formula “if you don’t it’s your bad” behave like a cult. The hate is spreading to every single inch of a book which was never meant to be the bible, and to fit any social issues of today or future world. Jkr had already an army of haters way before the terf scandal, years ago, and for a huge variety of reasons, now the hate (which in my language is a strong word, “odio”, we don’t say it as much) is understandable, but I won’t support it especially since it is used to manipulate. Being labelled (the books, your comics or fanarts..) because the controversy has to do with politics (right, left) is even more disgusting to me. I don’t relate in any way with politics and religion, I stand with free speech and critical thinking. I have my reasons to criticize Jkrowling but, please, leave the hate out of Harry Potter books, it makes nonesense. Let them be significant to people.
