杉浦則夫作品がTumblr上で著作権侵害されている報告が多数あがっています。明確にするため、ここに著作権の詳細を記載致しました。

■ 著作権表記
杉浦則夫の作品は株式会社 杉浦則夫写真事務所に著作権があり、個人的な範囲を超える使用目的で複製する事、ネットワーク等を通して送信できる状態にする事を禁じます。

(English) Copyright Notice.
Norio Sugiura’s works are copyright of Norio Sugiura Photo Office. Any reproduction of work for purposes beyond the boundaries of personal use as well as any actions that allow for distribution of work over a network is prohibited.

■ シェアできる範囲について
SNSに公開された画像はもちろん共有は可能ですが、ウェブサイト上で掲載しているサンプル画像・動画、文章（全文）を共有することは禁止です。
また、ダウンロード販売された作品については著作権表記の通り、SNSやウェブ上への公開を一切禁止しております。この場合は著作権侵害となり、悪質な場合法的処置を取ることもあります。

(English) Regarding scope of sharing 
Images that were released on social media are allowed to be shared, but sharing of sample images, videos, and articles (full text) posted on the website is forbidden. As for works that are sold digitally, as described in the copyright, posting them on social media or on the web is strictly forbidden. Doing so would constitute infringement of copyright, and legal actions may be taken as a result.

弊社と直接契約をした場合のみ杉浦則夫の作品をダウンロード販売することができます。
このリストにないサイトで杉浦則夫作品をダウンロード販売している場合は全て違法です。
