Sukone, born Teila Netsuma, is the House of Kasane’s Top Oiran and Kasane VIII’s “wild card”. She was born in Zenosai, a Netsuma-founded village located in the Samadin region of Northeast Levianta. She’s one of the few Netsumas left in 10th Century EC to be an Inheritor of Salem Dunbar, which allows her to create blue flames at a young age. A few years later, however, she tried showing off her “special gift” to her parents, but instead of being proud of her, they quickly overreacted negatively, persecuted her as a witch, and disowned her(the mother even went as far as to tell Telia that being pregnant with her was the biggest mistake she ever made).
Her ex-parents had her bounded, covered with anti-witchcraft runes, and transported to Alicegrad by a cop to be tried by Gallerian Marlon as a witch, but she ended up destroying the car and killing the cop with her blue flames in a fit of despair and anger, she was assumed dead by the backup cops that found the “accident”. With no home or family to return to, she ended up living in the slums of Alicegrad for a few months until she walked into Tsumibara. No one wanted to take her in due to either being a Netsuma or being very aggressive, except for a younger Kasane VIII who saw that she was literally starving and initially felt bad for her, so she volunteered to take her in herself. During her stay, she learned why she was orphaned as well as having blue fire magic, noting that she’s very special and that she’s going to be the greatest woman ever.
Years later, she rose through the ranks in her occupation and education till eventually, despite certain concerns such as her ethnicity, she managed to become one of the most popular women in Tsumibara, with her as her brothel’s high ranking courtesan named “Sukone”. At some point, a rich celebrity named Scherzer visited the brothel in hopes of meeting Sukone and buying her because he heard such great things about her, but during the process, Sukone’s gut instincts went off and can sense something very wrong with him, like he had ulterior motives in mind and deemed him unworthy of having her. This angered him and tried to assault the building, but she used her blue flames to protect herself and her peers before having him promptly banned for life. This incident earned her the moniker: “Courtesan of the Inferno”, which she happily embraced.

Trivia:
She shares the same birthday and names as her UTAU, Sukone Tei. Her given name “Teila” is a girl’s name of Christian origin and a fancier version of “Tei”. Her Oiran name is a reference to her last name “Sukone”, which translates to “Healthy sound”.
The reason why she’s carrying blue fire magic is because the Netsuma Clan are said to be Inheritors of Salem, which allows them to wield blue fire, and that several Netsumas were noted to possess different degrees of magical potential throughout the centuries.
Her main attire is her everyday outfit, which is inspired by several references to Oiran fashion in real life and fiction such as anime, manga, and adult visual novels. If you saw her Procession attire, you would have to take out your sunglasses so you wouldn’t be blinded by the lavishness of it all.
Some of Sukone’s characteristics such as being violent or being…“freakishly promiscuous” are inspired by her UTAUs characteristics, the only difference is that they aren’t as romanticized and extreme as her original self. She still likes cucumbers and baked cakes though.
Her relationship with Kasane is inspired by the fact their UTAUs are best friends due to both being fellow vip2ch products and prank characters.
Keep in mind that while the Witch Trials in Levianta has mostly died off in EC 964 thanks to Gallerian Marlon and Ma, i’d imagine there being places in Levianta that will still treat anything that’s remotely out of the norm or “witchcraft-y” with intense hostility. Which is why Sukone’s parents acted this way.
She’s actually a reincarnation of the Evillious OC “Teila”, she was supposed to be PN’s 6th member but has long since abandoned when the canon members of PN became a thing in the JOC Novel, I wanted to repurpose her.

My apologies for being late, I did finish this drawing yesterday, but I had a hard time coming up with a story for her so it took longer.
