#take good care of yourselves

Not exactly new years yet, and not exactly holiday cheerful either, but it’s hopeful. Or I hope it is.
It’s been an incredibly rough time, with a lot of self discoveries happening, spreading myself too thin. I’m not out of the woods yet but the road is becoming more and more clear.

Be kind to yourselves, friends. There’s no greater cruelty than to refuse to help yourself when you most need it.
