Tazza d’Oro opened in a building next to the Pantheon in 1946 and what I love the most is the original 1950s setting and an exotic, retro atmosphere.

☕️More than a simple coffee bar, this is a torrefazione – meaning they roast their own coffee to create blends that are unique to their store alone. You can have a coffee at the counter or choose between plenty of coffee available to purchase along the shelves.

They sell the best iced coffee with cream (“granita di caffè”) in Rome.
