Guys I am cannot tell you how freaking awesome it is to have a supportive team behind you on your fitness and health journey. I am beyond blessed to have my badass team of ladies to talk to about our ups and downs, our motivations and our setbacks. Without them this wouldn’t be possible. Also I am so lucky my daughter @itz.riley522 helps out with my instagram stories and attempts workouts with me and praises me achievements. And now we can share clothes!!!! #fitnessgoals #teambeachbody #supportteam

#latergram This was yesterday’s #wotd part 1. A super sweaty elliptical session program 5. This was actually not the total workout though because I was so sleepy (cuz I was trying to jam both my workouts and a shower in before work so I got up early) that I worked out for almost 10 minutes before I realized I hadn’t actually hit Start on the program!!! WTF y'all?! I’m nuts. But I finished and took what I’m calling a #swealfie for my #teambeachbody ladies and then finished with an awesome yoga routine from @asanarebel ☯️☮️ (at Julie’s Home Gym)
