The Sephora play box is shit

I ordered it in March they said I’d get it in April then they said because I canceled April’s box I don’t get a box this month. But what about the March box I paid for ! I’ve sent them numerous emails and still they haven’t given me a refund or a play box. And I heard they are discontinuing play boxes .
