thinking about how so many white led trans masc groups on tumblr that turned out to be full blown transmisogynistic were criticized for racism amongst members first, and thinking about how J.K Rowling’s first indication that she wasn’t a good person was her racism and anti-semitism that only people of color & Jewish people were loud about, and how Margaret Atwood’s entire series is written off of the sexual trauma of black women.

racism is often like the first indicator that someone is going to be a not so good person, and I urge people to pay attention to early criticisms of any large group of people. even if one person of color is making a fuss about racism, if one jewish person is making a fuss about anti-semitism maybe pay attention to why
