Hello, internet!
It’s been a long time since I’ve used tumblr but it seems only right to resurrect my account for this! If you follow me on here it is likely because you loved The Lizzie Bennet Diaries, which just turned 10 years old. (Can you believe it?) To celebrate, I am rewatching the entire series over the next the year, with co-stars and writers as guests, and doing commentary, sharing memories, and catching up. Join me and revisit the past!

Long story short I am writing an Essay for an English class about Austen Adaptations and it would REALLY REALLY help me out if you guys could help me find a source for someone from LBD commenting on the viewers reaction to Lydia. I know I read or watched somewhere that there were mean comments from the viewers online that inspired the comments in Ep. 87 and how people were literally cyberbullying Lydia the fictional character but I cannot find the stinkin source! (or if, you know @marykatewiles could like, reply to this post that counts as citeable I asked my prof)
Help me Tumblr, you’re my only hope (I am sorry to put this in the shipwrecked tag I just want to maximize my odds)
There were several instances in which there was backlash at Lydia or at Rachel for things like using the word slut. Without more specific info I’m not sure what you’re looking for. I looked through old tags.
