So I’ve completely lost my sense of taste and smell and now I’m isolating until I can get a PCR test, and I’m just very very sad because I had divine weekend plans (like THE WEDDING OF ONE OF MY GREAT PALS) and also I can’t taste Twiglets any more… if anyone has cat photos / headcanons about The Mummy (1999), pls send!!

I have some cat-related Mummy headcanons!
After everything that’s happened, none of them feel safe without a cat in the house. Rick and Evie’s cat is lean and fast, an expert mouser also content to fall asleep right in front of the radiator and sit on whatever book Evie most wants to be reading at any given time and receive ear scritches.
Jonathan’s cat is a huge fluffy princess he slightly over feeds. She chitters at birds through the window, but refuses to pay attention to anything that actually gets into her house. She has the fanciest cat bed but more often sleeps on Jonathan’s face. He adores her.
Ardeth feeds a colony of semi-feral cats he lets run in and out of his home at will. He doesn’t know how many there are, but two separate litters have been born under his bed, so definitely plenty. He is Jonathan’s cat’s favorite person and can’t sit in a chair at Jonathan’s place without having a pile of floof purring in his lap. He doesn’t mind, though, because his own cats are happy to be petted but like their own space.
