#the watcher oneshot
Some Oneshot WIP pictures that I was working on. But then after a break, I found myself struggling with it/art…soooo I thought I’d share what I have in case it gets abandoned. I don’t usually share WIPs, so I thought that might be nice for a change? Rather than it be left hidden away and possibly/accidentally abandoned?

WIP notes:
- Still needs some clean up on the coat buttons/ribbon. Also make the fur of the cuffs match the same style as the neck. Background buildings are missing. It would maybe make the picture more complex. Kinda like it without them though?
- Background shot of the second ‘scene’. Tiles should be more tile-like, and would probably need to get rid of the lineart for the buildings since it’s a non-lineart style.
- People! These are the base blobs I started with and never touched on them. Probably wouldn’t need to go into too much detail here, assuming I could stop myself from going overboard.
- Somehow I forgot a light bulb would give…light. So here’s a rough guess at where the light would hit.
- Then I wanted an alternate/followup version with squares and I thought ‘why not show something wonderful in the windows’ reflection’?
Actually it’s because I mis-remembered the dialogue in the Solstice patch and thought it was more sinister. Oops. Still kinda fits maybe????Since the focus would shift to the reflection, I thought the figures should be blocked out/darkened?
