yes! in the mr. bean cartoon he’s revealed to be canonically an alien, however, given the fact that he falls to earth at the beginning of every episode with an angelic choir leads me to believe he’s actually a fallen angel who annoyed God one too many times and got sent to earth so humans have to deal with him instead.
