Do you think companies in the DC and Marvel universe have Super villain insurance. Not for if a super villain destroyed the business, but if an employee accidentally falls into a vat of something and becomes a super villain? I mean, imagine you are hurt in a hero/villian battle? An American would totally sue the company that has bad enough safety that employees are just falling to vats of chemicals all the freaking time.
