prompt 4: mythology/fantasy au
Instead of moving on to the afterlife, you wake up five years in the past. With this new life, you’re determined to do all the things you never got to do in your old one. The first step was to pack your things and leave the only home you’d ever known in both your past and present life… but what was the next step for you?

- As the chief royal alchemist, you expected him to be… well, suffice to say that whatever it was, your expectations couldn’t have encompassed the whirlwind that was Albedo in his prime— an eccentric genius.
- At the first meeting, he was ever the polite senior, if a bit distant, but you’ll soon find yourself being dragged from one end of the world to the other, fighting off monsters and camping out in risky places in pursuit of the answer to the question: what is life?
- Along the way, you’ll learn many things about Albedo and vice versa. The son of a ruined noble family, there are things Albedo regrets and things he’s learned to live with, such as the almost dangerous blood running through his veins. Regrets stack high in his heart, forming a formidable fortress but they come tumbling down the longer he stays in your soothing presence.
- He is as calm as a tempest and his will as sharp as his sword. He crumbles under no one, under nothing, but with you, he melts into a completely different person, one that would kiss your hand with his soft lips, yearning for something more.
