Looking into the mirror he took a deep breath and then let go, just as he’d been trained to. As his eyes closed he saw the way his muscles relaxed, felt them go loose, unwind. The last image before his eyes shut completely was his Owner and Coach coming up behind him. Then he felt the hand on the back of his neck.

He remember nothing else until he was back home with him.

Sitting in the back of the library he couldn’t wait for his Big Brother to show up, he just wish he could remember why he chose to dress the way he had.

He loves working out for his Owner. He leaved boxing just for him. He loves the feeling he gets everyway when he comes in after a half hour with the bag and his Owner starts talking with him and he feels his whole body letting go.

He doesn’t know why the Rancher wants him to be one of his Cowboys and really he finds the idea of becoming one a bit silly, but the Rancher knows how to change that.

Once the flight was loaded and had taken off there wasn’t anything left for him to do so he pulled out his MP3 player and put in his ear buds. Slipping on his shades even as he slipped into trance guided by his Sgt’s voice. Echoing in his mind, reinforcing his need to obey and do his best to be the best Marine he could be.

All it takes is a word from his Owner.

He’s spent most of the morning working in his Owner’s yard. Cutting the grass, dealing with the flower beds, trimming the hedges and it all felt great. He’s felt great since the moment he came down stairs and his Owner spoke the words that pulled him into trance. Into that lovely state where all he wanted to do was obey.

As the other man kept talking he felt like he was being drawn in more and more. At first it was just okay, then interesting, and now it was more then fascinating. All he wanted to do was listen. 

When he’s posing and flexing for Coach all thoughts stop and for that one moment he merely is.

He got the text and the next thing he knew he was standing before the mirror with his phone telling him the photos had been sent.

Sometimes all it takes is a look.

Anyone who knew him back home when he left a year ago for the started his sophomore won’t recognize him now when he goes back for the summer. His long hair is gone as is the flab about his waist. His grades have gone up and he’s a solid member of the school’s rugby Team because he has drive now. he doesn’t just lazy around unsure what to do. He has goals and a purpose now.

And right now his purpose is to lift this bar for his Owner until he’s told to stop.

That’s right Jock, just let go and focus on your Owner's voice. Just give into the need to obey as you rap that tighter.

Now take off that shirt and give in.

He was a bit lost so he stopped and added for directions. His soon to be Owner was more then willing to give him some.

Just take a deep breath, clear your mind and leave the rest to your Owner.

He loved hiking with his Owner, it was fun, relaxing and he always got a nice tan. But the best part was he never knew it was happening until he woke up sunning on a rock in the middle of somewhere with his Owner smiling over him.

Few would ever guess that someone as big and strong as he was submitted to another or that his MP3 player didn’t play the lasted music but was his Coach’s voice telling him to give his all for the Team and for his Coach to obey his Owner. In short, few would every guess he was an Owned man, but that was their loss. Not his.

Working out in Coach’s private gym means that Jocks can workout the way they’re meant to, no shirts and deep in trance together.

The more water that rushed down his body the more and more he forgot about anything that had happened before the his Owner had found him in the weight room and the less and less he cared.

He just wanted to hold his man. Protect him and make him feel safe and wanted. So he wrapped his around his man and whispered softly, telling him he was Owned, wanted and needed. And feeling his man’s body grow relaxed and slack in his arms, drifting away on his voice. Was just what he needed.
