Friends since childhood, Tristan had accompanied you to visit your sick aunt - the journey is several hours by horseback and your father refused to allow you to make the trip alone. The two of you were most of the way back home when a sudden storm forced you to shelter yourselves and your horses at an inn for the night.
Soaking wet and freezing cold, a hot bath is what’s needed, for you both - and although you have separate rooms, you agree to take turns sharing one bath, to save a little money - you could barely afford the rooms as it was.
Tristan of course insists you go first, he can see how you shiver from the cold seeping into your bones. Grateful for his kind heart, you sink into the warm water, hidden behind an ornate wooden privacy screen.
I love love loved this <33 a perfect mix of cute, wholesome and spicyy– Love that tristan gets so flustered, he truly is adorable and it was so amazingly written too!

Which one of your fics would you enjoy the most if you were able to read it for the first time?
morning coffee, my first joel miller fic - it’s short and it’s dirty dirty smut, so is the closest to the kind of fics i choose to read
Which fic are you most proud of? Why?
i am so so proud of the matt murdock nsfw alphabet - c4psicle and i spend A LOT of time talking about matt and coming up with headcanons - it was so much fun to work together putting them all into the alphabet and you can see where we got a bit carried away!
Is their a work you would like to do over again? For any reason, to perfect it, to relive writing it, etc.
i think that would be the joel miller valentine’s day series because i would like to have more time to spend over them, it was a bit of a late decision to make a whole series. i also have an epilogue hanging around in my docs which i never got round to finishing
How do you feel about comments/reblogs/likes?
i love them! i try so hard to respond to every comment and reblog because one of the main reason i write is because i want to talk to people and make new friends! but i also understand there are reasons people can’t always reblog fics - if you’re one of of the people who had gone through my masterlist liking every single work for a particular character, please know i see you and i love you, and if you ever want to drop a message in my inbox (even on anon) i’d love to chat!
Is there a fic that you were shocked to find other people liked? Why?
i was surprised to get ANY reaction to the little tristan thorn ficlet i wrote - it’s 15 year old movie and i wouldn’t have been upset if it found only 3 readers - but it’s just tipped over 100 notes and it makes my heart full that there’s still so much love for that movie
Is there a fic you wish more people had liked?
probably any of my joel miller fics just because i think he deserves more love in general
Is there an idea that you were excited about but just didn’t pan out?
not yet - i’ve got outlines for things i never really intended to write and i’ve got wips which i’m not currently working on - but never say never to any of it panning out!
How do you feel when you post a new fic?
extremely anxious! for timezone reasons i normally schedule fics to post while i’m asleep so i always sleep poorly that night, wondering whether my work will get any reaction - i think my worst nightmare is that no one will care! but i’m also excited to see if i get any comments and a chance to chat to new and old friends a like ❤️
