does anyone know just what causes this issue ???? it’s been in my game for years now and only happens in certain neighbourhoods but it literally ruins everything :(((

my drivers are up to date and reinstalls/resets/repairs don’t work, removing cc fixes the problem but i have over 90gb of files and after many many maaany attempts i just can’t seem to find the culprit
pls pls pls i will beg, if someone can help i will make u free brownies for the rest of forever and literally whatever else u want

Custom Content Troubleshooting Checklist
A list of things to check for if you receive an error message after downloading content from myself or other creators:
☑️ Restart your computer.
☑️ Go into Origin -> My Games Library -> Sims 4 -> Settings -> “Repair”
☑️ Delete and re-download the file from the browser.
☑️ If you’re on Windows and the creator is on a Mac (like me) you may need to delete the MacOS folder.
☑️ Clear the Sims 4 cache by following the steps of this articleorthis article
☑️Clear Origin’s cache by following the steps of this article
☑️ Try the 50/50 method, someone even made an interactive 50/50 guide here
☑️ Backup your save files first, then uninstall and reinstall the game (This is very time consuming so consider it a last resort).

the lashes aren’t attached to the eye correctly and i honestly don’t know how to fix this… send help plz
honestly so many people have asked me if i can fix my delicate eyes because they have a problem with the non default darkest brown swatch but i can’t find any problem in S4S, the texture is there, it’s well categorized, the only problem is when i open the game and use it (it shows an alien eye texture) so if anyone could help me find the problem i would be so so grateful :) ❤️
