Magnolia Medical Center (Part 2)
Lot Description:
This hospital has 4 exam rooms, each with 2 beds, an x-ray room, a stress test room, lab, nursery (just for looks), 2 operating rooms, an office for the head doctor (also just for looks), three waiting rooms, one kids waiting room and a cafeteria. Part 1 shows the outside and the floorplan screenshots. In my opinion it seems to flow well and has everything you need, as far as I’ve encountered in playtesting, for the doctor career. Instructions:Travel with your sim in the doctor career to the hospital lot. Type bb.enablefreebuild in the cheat box, accessed by ctrl/shift/c. Place the lot and change the lot type to medical center.

Lot Description:
This is a hospital I built and have been playtesting for awhile now. There are a lot better hospitals on the gallery but I wanted a simple one that was easy to play in and realistic but also “simified,” if that makes any sense. These screenshots just show the outside and the floorplan. Part 2 will focus on the inside of the building.
