Regina Dress
Just past knee length dress, designed to fall down in a lightly flow-y design for an elegant shape! Now that the weather is getting warmer I’m making my sims wear things I would probably never out because I only wear pants… But the criss-cross top around the neck creates such a flattering shape! ♥
