This little village has three one room huts and one family hut. It is off-the-grid and everything seems to be in working order as I’ve playtested it. After playing a bit more after uploading it, I realized that I forgot to put a potty chair for the toddler and the highchair needs to be moved slightly to get to it. I think that’s all, though. There is a garden and plenty of things to keep your sims busy, game table, chess, boat, guitar, yoga mat, water garden, horseshoes, swing set, toddler slide. It didn’t think to add the woodworking table but there is plenty of room to add things around the place. Each hut has a bathroom and small kitchen area. The main hut has an off-the-grid friendly kitchen and the gazebo has the BBQ Searer (Sulani grill). I have included laundry in hopes that a fix will be patched in soon for the washtub. Aside from the negative aspects of living off-the-grid, the family I created for the lot seems to love it and it was really fun playing around with them. The family I have created for this lot is also on the Gallery.

There are two tents but room for more. A woohoo bush and the the public restroom within walking distance can be used for your sims’ bladder needs. The waterfall, also within walking distance and can be used as a shower. The hut facing the beach has an off the grid kitchen. There are a few skill building items and a garden, as well as a fishing spot near the lot. The brother and sister I placed here seem quite happy.
*Note* I apologize that it isn’t a true “starter” price. I wanted it to be cute.
