i finished my interpretation of rebecca from the wayhaven chronicles! this is miriam (my detective)’s mama. i picture her as being glam but practical. she can definitely run in high heels! 

some more headcanons under the cut: (or not really headcanons since she’s up to interpretation and is customisable like an oc… so facts for MY version of rebecca)

• rebecca is jewish (ashkenazi)
• as of twc, she’s about 50 years old? ish
• ….. i sorta have the idea that rook (her husband) was a vampire…. happy to be proven wrong in the next books but rebecca being concerned about the detective and nate bcos she has experience with falling in love with a vampire is inch resting and i love vampire/human ships so i’m adding in one more!!
• ummmmmmm i have more but i can’t think rn maybe i’ll update this later
• oh i was gonna draw a wedding ring but i can’t remember if she wears one? or if its confirmed she and rook were married?
