He’s bad, he’s rad, he’s always on the fad, it’s Eugene!  Had an absolutely killer time with this personality sheet commission for @tinyhat.  Eugene is one pepped-to-rumble villager, a lot like a tough street punk.  All kindsa love for this guy!
