This beauty is a ‘Bosca-Nelson Products’ marked tooled leather handbag with turning lock closure which is marked 'PAT 10-5-15’. This purse was sold as from circa 1930, but the date on the bag and the Art Deco closure make me think it might be from the 1920s.  This style of bag was popular in the 1920s-1930s as is seen in Meeker-Made brand handbag advertisements from the time. (Can also be seen carried by Lidia from Cable Girls/Las Chicas del Cable)
