Lights In Rooms
This is one of the room and you can see outside, the intensity of light is high here inside is low and also you can see there’s a tinted window of this gonna cut down the light okay that is good if the window has a curtain I would suggest I you use the curtain and close it
Now you’ll be able to see that one part of me is light and one part of me is dark. It is good when you have a tinted window close if the outside area has nothing much to see, if it is a selling point then it shouldn’t. Close the window next come and on all the lights and you can see the different intensity of light on the object around.
On the lights
Can you see the difference so you need to “on” all the lights in the house, if you have different types of lights like lampshade, I would suggest, turn on all the lights? It’s relatively easy to take VR this kind of house compared to a house full of other items.
Sensitive information
Now if it is the house is full of other items you need to advise the owner put away things which is sensitive example if they have a family photo i would suggest to take it down if there’s anything to do with sensitive information some of the part that’s overlooked by the client is sensitive information on the refrigerator you see people have magnetic things like this this is nothing but sometimes people use what you call stick on Notes and write it on the refrigerator uh of course they might not be able to see this thing clearly when you take a 360 but it is better to advise the client to take out all this kind of magnetic thing on the refrigerator the other thing is watch out because 360 degree will be relatively able to capture everything of course out on the nadir and the zenith which is the bottom and the top but things like this the chairs, please advise the client uh to remove this because this is their property and they know the best place to keep all these things now here it’s under the kitchen top has a cabinet.

Okay but you can see all these are ugly and people don’t want to see all this and they want to purchase or rent this place now this house is virtually a budget house it’s not expensive I heard they are going less than 1000 ringgit that which is considered budget house which is located in peripheral of Kuala Lumpur.
Flat Photo 2D
This area is quite narrow when you come to a very narrow toilet or bathroom I would suggest just take a flat photo and of course if you uh get if you get a professional 360 photographer this is not a problem but by using a mobile phone it might have a bit of challenge so I would suggest just take a flat photo from a different angle one angle from this side and another angle from this side
When you want to do this? after you finish everything 360 after you’ve done your mobile 360 focus everything last then you take these shots.
You need to have to look in such a way to make the best setup of course presenting the house in the best way is the client’s job but sometimes the client might be busy and overlook things so what we need to do first don’t go straight and start shooting but go around and have a look make an overview whether everything in order. The balcony is one of the selling points for this owner so I’m gonna do few shots and before I do the shots let me bring you in. Our shoe is one of the things 360 photography people may forget so if possible please hide the shoes. As you see when we go into a house the amount of light in the house is lesser than outside. In photography, this is one of the very important things to look at in 360 because when you capture the 360 light intensity. We call it EV (Exposure Value) now the EV outside is high inside is low so possibly when you enter into any house please on the lights. We need to have enough lights in the house so just on the lights but don’t on the fan okay make the fan stationary. See in part 2
