Eiichiro Oda said One Piece has another 4-5 years to go
While there has been no confirmation of the listed street date from US licence holder, VIZ Media, Amazon now lists GANGSTA. #8 for a March 19th, 2019 release date (see here). The 8th volume was originally released by Japanese publisher Shinchosha in May of 2018.
This is a positive sign for fans enjoying the English language release of the series and, as with all official releases, we encourage you to preorder and support the title when possible. We will provide further updates as they become available. ^^
