Credence x Graves Priest AU

“They told me that I need to be saved.”

“From what?”

“Myself.”

One evening, Father Graves finds a young man at the door of the church. He was kicked out of his home by his foster mother, who insisted he was deeply flawed and could only be saved by religious servitude. Graves takes him in, doing his best to keep Credence safe and nurture him back to a steady condition. As time goes on, Graves finds that Credence is more than just a lost boy, and all of Credence’s previous notions of sin and what it means to be good are redefined.
