#warmth discussion
i’ve had the shittiest day at work so far and don’t wanna think about it when i get off so can you guys pretty please send in asks about “warmth”? maybe even some impromptu drabbles about the different characters? (or literally anything else, i just want to take to you guys and forget about today after work )

Let’s just say I’m pretty content with Sam being next because I love his relationship with Prieto and I can just see him being a little shit about winning or being early to ANYTHING.
Idk how are you going to roll with the guys going in line but I’d kill to see Pietro’s reaction to Sam getting the girl first ☕️ I love them.
On the other hand, I feel like it’d be hilarious if Rogers was one of the last ones to get it. Your writing always leaves some tension in the air of his scenes, but obviously he’s trying to be professional… Everyone else just thinks he’s an idiot AND too obvious either way Bucky has a similar vibe (thick tension wise) but he’s not the boss so he doesn’t care. He % will be on that crowd waiting to make fun of him
The CDs on the last chapter left me wondering… Who would be most likely to share musical knowledge or dance spontaneously at the base? I’m putting my money on Kingo and Sam because of canon but thoughts?

oh my god YES! i don’t wanna spoil anything, but there will be reactions from each of the men as the series goes on. and i can’t wait for you all to see pietro’s
regarding rogers’, you’re absolutely right; he’s professional as hell. that first night where he was all cute and rambly, yeah (according to the headcanon in my head) that super out of character for him, so he’ll definitely make up for it by trying to be on his best behavior. (however––spoiler alert––we all know it won’t last! )
if you couldn’t tell from the writing, barns, erik, and wilson are his closest friends. of the three, erik has already had a spicy interaction with her; wilson is up next; and our lovely barnes––as you said––does not care about what anyone else says about him and will have no reservations when it comes to the reader. he’s literally just waiting to build up more tension.
AND THE CD’S!! it started out as just as cute little addition to add some depth, but you’ve given me an idea to use it again! kingo would definitely try to throw a dance party around the base on a night off (i might actually writes this lol) and the reader would be totally on board because kingo’s joy is infectious. (<- okay yes, i’m going to write this so i can’t elaborate but know that IT"S COMING!)
