okay but thinking about how pat was really and truly ready to settle down in tong’s zero waste village just so he could be with pran
Same tbh. But at the same time it makes me sad, like Pat was always the one who wanted to be brave about things and solve the issues, while Pran was the one who avoided conflict and let the problems solve themselves, especially when he knew it wouldn’t go smoothly / end well.
And there it was completely turned around. So on one side Pran (my phone keeps trying to rename him Peanut gosh) got a lot more hopeful and brave, but finding out the truth about Ming broke Pat so much that he was willing to run away and cling to the one sure thing in his life, Pran. It’s like it shook everything he thought he wanted so much that he didn’t even want to address it anymore.
BUT it ended well and it was nice to see the situation reversed and realize how much they both grew, I’M BEING SO EMOTIONAL AGAIN AFCSHTDHJ
