What are some of the books you put on your 2017 tbr but haven’t read yet?

At the beginning of the year I put 38 books on my #2017tbr and I still have 14 books that I haven’t read yet. 13 of them are the ones you see in the picture and the 14th one is “Tower of Dawn” but I already decided not to read it this year but in 2018 instead I really doubt that I’ll actually read all the other remaining books before the year is over but I’m absolutely fine with that and will just put them on next year’s tbr! I’m currently reading Binge though and some other books I’ll definitely still try to read in 2017 are The Book Thief and Gone Girl ☺

Who’s a popular author you don’t actually like?

For me, John Green is one of those authors! I absolutely loved “The Fault in our Stars” when I first read it and thought he could become one of my all-time favorite authors. But then I read “Paper Towns”, “Looking for Alaska” and his short story in “Let It Snow” and I just didn’t enjoy them at all. What especially bothered me was that I felt like the plot of PT and LFA were basically the same expect for a few tiny changes That’s why I’m also one of the very few people who aren’t interested in reading his new book! What I’ll do though is read his other two published books which I still own because I still have hope that one of them might at least be almost as good as TFIOS
